Important notes Regarding waivers

If you Have not filled out a waiver since October 7th, 2023, you must fill out a new waiver.
After signing, you should keep the QR code for check-in purposes.
One Waiver is required for each minor, You must sign a waiver for each participant.
Click here to view a tutorial on how to save your QR code to apple wallet. On Samsung, you can add the QR Code as a custom membership. You can add Google Wallet as a loyalty card for a different business.
Waivers are valid for one calendar year after signing.
